How I Eat 50+ Grams Protein at Break-Fast #shorts #proteinbreakfast

I usually aim for 30 ish grams of protein at breakfast, so I’ll have 2 waffles. But on days I’m feeling a little extra hungry, I’ll add a third waffle.

      I don’t think cauliflower would work. I’ve heard cottage cheese can work, but I haven’t tested it myself. That would *really* add to the protein of this meal though, so the Greek yogurt/Skyr topping wouldn’t be necessary anymore.
