i mean commendable af, but i think dogmatic behaviors are bad for aging — centenerians are very chill people, who eat whatever they want — not saying one should do that bc probably better genetics but still, habits matters

…(obv i didn’t mean that centerians eat mcdonald’s on the daily get real)

    • @SiimLand says:

I live a very chill life

    • @andrewsmith8715 says:

Centenarians don’t eat whatever they want. They usually eat the same things every day. They aren’t scarfing down mcdonalds and slamming a six pack of beer on the daily.

    • @spacejunkisforever6311 says:

Most centenarians have lucky genetics. If you don’t have them (Siim doesn’t, based on his older relatives ages of death) you have to take lifestyle very seriously.

    • @hornsteinhof7592 says:

If doing whatever you want to do alone would lead to a very long life, a lot of lazy people would live forever 😅

    • @serioserkanalname499 says:

Centenarians didnt eat the horribly processed high-fructose-cornsyrup “food” people that “eat whatever” eat today because it wasnt available in their youth or adulthood.
You cannot be as careless around food in our late-stage capitalist world as you could back in the day where food didnt go through 20 psychological studies that maximize addictiveness and minimize cost.

    Oligonol works. So does Berberine.

  • @gabrielcilluffo5989 says:

Siim, I have been following you since the beginning when you had an attic room. I’m so happy for your success 🙌 and respect and admire your discipline which is a good example for many to follow.

  • @MaybeTogether says:

Why don’t you drink matcha over regular green tea?

  • @jeffrey4577 says:

You seem to have crush on Brian Rogers. In the end you’ll die before Saladino does.

    • @SiimLand says:

I use them as examples because they both are very lean but with different amounts of visceral fat. And it exemplifies the relationship between methionine and glycine intake and visceral fat

  • @curtislaketek2822 says:

What green tea do you use?

  • @ggbrlr says:

What are your thoughts on fruits and fructose and visceral fat?

  • @spacejunkisforever6311 says:

Great video. Appreciate you, Siim. Very inspiring.

  • @sonnington1035 says:

Great information, I think I can live with one HIIT training per week.

I’m looking into those under the desk treadmills. What brand do you use?

  • @captainnoyaux says:

I’m trying to learn more on the norvegian protocol and I’m seing a lot of different takes on it. Some says it’s 4x at max and 3x at medium with the max being 90-95% of max HR.
Do you know what’s one is better ?

  • @sirrobinofloxley7156 says:

Your face looks leaner than before. I often use Japanese Green Tea for losing those extra few little pounds.

  • @AwesomeFDO789 says:

Yeah I adopted a low protein high carb diets to reduce pro aging amino acids like methionine. But you convinced me to research into glycine. I’m taking glycine now and I’ll probably be take taurine in the near future after seeing multiple promising studies.

  • @ggbrlr says:

Did you do cardio fasted and on days your resistant trained?

  • @pursuingtruth13 says:

Great video, thank you Siim!! Appreciate it 🔥👍🏻

  • @graiden says:

What amount of methionine per day could be consider bad? Is almost impossible to avoid it so there must be an amount that is innocuous

  • @NikolaFoster-jo6ys says:

Would be interesting to see a crossover/debate between you and Paul Saladino.

  • @mrpickle23 says:

    emaciated .. not good
