How I’d drop 10lbs in 2 months
If I had 2 months to drop 10 lbs, I’d keep my breakfasts simple, high in protein, and balanced to keep me full and fueled all morning. Here are 5 easy go-to’s (including one from my 7-Day Slim Down meal plan!):
1️⃣ Egg & Turkey Sausage Scramble
2 whole eggs + 3 egg whites
3 oz lean turkey sausage
½ cup spinach
2 tbsp salsa
(35g protein, ~350 calories)
2️⃣ Protein Oats
½ cup oats
1 scoop LSF Plant Protein
1 tsp chia seeds
1 tsp almond butter
½ cup unsweetened almond milk
(30g protein, ~350 calories)
3️⃣ Cottage Cheese & Egg Whites l
¾ cup low-fat cottage cheese
3 egg whites (scrambled or hard-boiled)
½ tsp everything seasoning
½ cup cucumber slices
(38g protein, ~300 calories)
4️⃣ High-Protein Yogurt Bowl
1 cup 0% Greek yogurt
½ scoop LSF Plant Protein
1 tbsp almonds
2 tbsp high-protein granola
(40g protein, ~350 calories)
5️⃣ Protein Pancakes
½ overripe banana
¼ cup egg whites
½ tbsp almond or oat milk
1 scoop LSF Plant Protein
1 tsp cinnamon
(35g protein, ~320 calories)
⚡ Why these work: These meals are high in protein to keep you full, balance blood sugar, and support lean muscle while cutting fat. Plus, they’re quick and delicious!
