How Much Water Should You Drink Every Day to Lose Weight?

Water and weight loss: When we get dehydrated, the shrinkage of our blood volume can lead to the release of angiotensin, which can lead to weight gain.

If you missed the previous video, check out Does Drinking More Water Help You Lose Weight? ( ).

I have a lot of other videos on weight loss. See, for example:

    I love this channel!

No one talks about weight gain …

  • @HopyHop1 says:

@ 6:11 Sixteen liters is over 4 gallons. That’s over double the 2 gallons stated in the video.

    • @robertkribs9513 says:

Just to clarify HopyHop1 accurately points out that in the written text that Dr. Greger puts on the screen it refers to the student drinking 16 liters rather than 2 gallons as narrated by Dr. Greger.

I did a 100% raw vegan diet for 6 months. I was well read on the topic and dieted responsibly. I lived remotely and would pee down a rock in my garden. Since my pee had become tatsteless and looked like water, there was no odor. At a summers day, I noticed movement on the spot where my pee used to land. Looking closer, I saw they were bees feasting on sugar crystals.

Even children today have signs of artery disease. Fast foods and sugary drinks have long term consequences.
There is an obesity epidemic today where over 60% of the population is overweight or obese.
What is common today and “NORMAL” is not healthy. The average person today is not healthy and is taking medications.
Heart attacks were once only common in people over 65. Today people in their 40 are having heart attacks.
Add more plants and vegetables to your diet and less junk and overly processed foods

  • @MushookieMan says:

Could you please do/ do you have a video on whether it’s possible to bodybuild on a WFPB diet based on the massive calorie targets and raised protein targets. I probably can’t eat enough beans and tofu without major issues from the fiber.
