Happy birthday Sage. 🥳🥰 You look amazing and is the ultimate example that your program works. Thank you Autumn and Congratulations!

Happy birthday to Sage! Great job recovering from the pregnancy. It’s very challenging. When I had my kids, I didn’t have time to rebound in between pregnancies, but I was able to reclaim my body afterwards. Your body really does change in many ways after the kids. Thanks for de-emphasizing the scale – it can easily become an obsession. Better to be slightly overweight with better nutrition, muscle mass, and labs than too thin and weak with poor nutrition habits.

Mad respect. I am still stable in my weight. I am 6 feet tall and a stable 195 and 200 pounds. I absolutely don’t workout but walk a lot since I don’t have a car.

I am super happy I found your channel. You are so accurate. I am 6 feet tall and you are right.

I changed my diet forever. THANK YOU

Where to find one of these In-Body scales? One would think that it would be a standard thing that’s checked when you go for your annual physical at your doctors, but nooooo.

My challenge tends to be in maintaining discipline. I know what do to and how to do it, but actually following through is hard–I give in to temptation regularly! Any tips?
