I would love to see what she eats in a typical day. And her grocery haul. I’m trying to encourage my daughter.
Great idea!!! We are going to film this for her Instagram account β€

Me too! I have a 14 yr old boy!
How old is your daughter omg you look 28. Is your daughter 14
She was literally starving herself!! Myra would show that on her stories and she was encouraging it. She is setting up her daughter for an eating disorder. She picked up on the same eating habits as momma wow, this is sad
Sounds like she is a ketovore. This is wonderful that she is happy and loves what she is eating.
She really not playing no games like mother like daughter this is so nice to see
Thanks for treating her so well. I can still remember my mother moaning about my weight and saying how embarrassed SHE was, etc. I’m glad she’s had such great success. You’ve set her up for a great life!! Congratulations to her!!!!!!! β€οΈ
So so sorry you went through that. I have a similar story. I struggle with self-esteem and insecurity issues because of it. Parents usually mean well, but those kind of words have consequences.
β@@SmashmallowsI am sorry for what you went through, too. May you find healing.
You are a great mom. I was overweight as a child and everyone in my family would say “You have to lose weight you are never going to lose weight if you keep eating junk”.My grandmother would say”You’re getting so fat you could be a balloon in the Thanksgiving parade”. Everyone else made me feel horrible about myself and I went into a deep depression which again turned to food. Their criticism caused me to eat even more junk food. If they had encouraged me like you do for your daughter I would have lost the weight earlier in my life. Since following you and my doctor is am down nearly 50 pounds. Thank you and I would love to hear your daughter speak about her journey.
Congrats on your 50lb weight loss. Thatβs amazing ππΎ
@michelle531531Β Thank you. π
I hope that you have some distance from people who bring you down from childhood. I’m really proud of you for taking your power back. They can think what they want you don’t have to play their game. All the best and congratulations for the lifestyle changes you have been making. I hope you’re feeling better and better every day.
Same the criticism of others made everything worstβ¦ It wasnβt since watching her channel that I finally got a good grip of my weight loss.
Your family was just being honest
Yes I would love to hear your daughter tell her journey
I’m so proud of your daughter too, it’s hard to lose weight and she’s so fortunate to have you for her mother.β€
So proud of her and you for handling her weight gain the way you did.. would love to see her shopping haul and her mealsβ¦ amazing parenting β€
I love how you led by example and Nati made her own choice to eat healthier. Go Nati!!
Yes please! I would love to see her haul! So proud of her!! What a great job!!
I love a mommy and me duo! Youβre setting a great example for her β€
Congratulations to your daughter. That is great news. She had all the resources to help her.
Keep up the great work!!!β€β€β€β€
Congrats to your daughter! As much as I’d love to hear from her, I feel like, you should consider shielding her from having a public spotlight around weight when she’s only 13. This is a tough age. God bless you both!
Yes! Agreed.
For sure. This is highly inappropriate.

How about let her mom decide whatβs best for her? You keyboard therapists are super annoying π

I love the authenticity & sincerity in this video. I was an overweight child & nobody ever tried to guide me with nutrition choices. My mom & sister always ate whatever they wanted to with no weight issues while I struggled alone & am still overcoming the battle in my 40βs. So happy to see that your daughter is setting herself up for success at such a young age! β€
You are such a good mom. This is the way it should work. She came to you, so she was already motivated and committed.
Your title says it took only three months for your daughter to lose nearly 40 lbs. Yet in the video you say it was eight months. Which is more accurate, please?
it took me few months before I started losing weight, inches came off first
Who cares?! She did it, that’s it! It’s not a race.
I was wondering the same thing
I guess people just want to know what to expect when asking how long it took for your daughter to loose her weight, but what everyone has to understand is that a teenager has a much higher metabolism than adults. Just like men loose weight faster than women do. My ex and I went to WW when we were married. When we weighed in he had lost 10 lbs and I only had lost 2. I followed everything exactly, and all he did was cut down on his portions. So, it gets frustrating for those of us that donβt loose weight at the same rateβ¦and of course we want the weight to come off a lot faster than it took for us to gain it. Nothing wrong with that, but kinda sets you up for disappointment. As a doctor told meβ¦so what if it comes off as only 2 pound a month. Look at it this wayβ¦it is still 2 pounds less than what you were. So I guess we have to celebrate the small things as well as the big.
Yay Nati! Well done!! I hope you are feeling great and on top of the world!! Cheers to your lifelong good health!!
What a great mom! You have handled this in the best possible way!!
Congratulations Nati! π₯³
You look amazing and I am sure you feel better too!
I love how you never pushed or forced her into this it was her choice and her way of life and it came from her heart and that is beautiful for a mom to put on her daughter
Congratulations to you. You waiting for her to come to you and being a great support. And congratulations to her and all of her hard work. Prayers for her continued success.
