I need to lose 30 pounds. 10 years ago I was an amateur middleweight boxer fighting at 165 lbs. Since a decade of a sedentary job, I’m up to 192 lbs. I still feel strong but I hate how carrying this extra weight looks. I have trouble with putting myself first and being consistent.

These are really good tips. I need to get moving more. I injured my bicep, shoulder, and neck all on the right-side weightlifting and have been in pain for about a month. I have had a hard time wanting to work out because of the pain. I am finally in physical therapy, so I feel like working out again.
