No thank you!
Eat your veggies dear!
Do people on whole foods plant based diet know how spaghetti feels?
Spaghetti is a a noodle. Not a dish. But either way, noodles are vegan and tomato sauce is vegan…..until you add meat.
@@kinpatu I know how I feel about spaghetti. We are only in control of our own feelings.
Spaghetti squash?
“… any *greens* necessary.” 😂
I love this channel!
I’ve had an irregular heartbeat & palpitation issues all my life since before I was born. It would be great if things like this can help me. Does this apply to that?
Thank you!
I’ve noticed this in the past, my heart speeds up a lot when I breathe. I was preparing for bad news until 1:20 in the video, turns out, my heart is normal.
good joke, any greens necessary 🙂
Love it. Clear information, cool little test and usual pun in the end without some rat testicle study rabbit hole/side path that lead scientists (and listeners) to no significant result or cliff hangers to find out in the next video that never came:) 🙃
I’m 48, lifelong athlete (cyclist) no meat since 1996 and vegan since 2017. I’ve suspected for a while my diet had just as significant effect as my exercising. I often see 120-150 hrv if I’m rested. Training hard it goes down to 50 ish the same as if I drink more than 2 beers!
Eat your fruits and veggies. Have a salad daily.
Been practicing it for last 11 years. it is called ” PRANAYAMA ” Controlled Yogic breathing techniques…. many of the Hatha-Yoga which is known in the west as simply Yoga postures, also come with slow, controlled breathing… It is AMAZING ! Recommend to all !
Menopause and palpitations/irregular beats and hot flashes…..help please!
I cut out gluten completely and the palpitations are not so severe and often anymore.
Doing sprints once or twice a week is the best way to improve heart rate variability
