I wish we could really target fat loss, but it’s overall fat loss that will reduce it in those areas. The belly and thighs tend to be a spot we hold it as women so diet, balancing hormones are number 1 -thenn workouts like the lower body ones and “MISS” ones in MOVE will be amazing to help tone those areas so you get more definition as you lose at.
Taking a Dutch hormone test can help incredibly. That way you know what hormones are causing the issue. Hormone levels are so important. 😊

I really needed to hear this. I work from home full-time (going on 5 years now) and keep gaining more belly fat. I will accept the 30 day challenge. I have to get walking and do regular strength training and eat more protein and fiber.

I need to work better on stress management. Between work and a few things going on outside of work I’ve been letting the stress get to me and I need to stop it now! I am going to try incorporating more medication and possibly start some yoga. I am also going to try and add some extra steps daily. I usually am good about going for a walk daily on lunch break but sometimes it’s not long enough to get the steps I need for day. Thank you so much these tips Katie ❤

Thank you so much for your inspirational videos. I eat a healthy diet, still struggle with the belly fat. I’m working on it. I do have a stressful job, and I’m a worrier. Working in getting through that. Also, have wash and hypothyroidism! Keeping positive attitude, daily devotionals, and keeping joy in my daily life helps!!!!❤❤❤❤❤

I started eating a lot of protein and salads and cut out sugar and carbs 7 weeks ago. I feel incredible and so much of my inflammation is gone.
