They don’t mention tudca? It certainly helps a lot?
I only came here seeking wisdom ❤😂! Don’t die ❤! Eyes mind heart and soul wide open. NO FEAR! ❤Decentralization❤
TUDCA has been a lifesaver in reversing my fatty liver and gallbladder sludge.
I disagree with his position on nuts, seeds, and legumes. Eating these have wreaked havoc on my liver. I can literally feel swelling and inflammation of my liver if I eat a large quantity of nuts now. There are studies that support the notion that certain compounds that are prevalent in nuts, seeds, legumes are irritating to the liver (i.e. aflatoxins and certain antinutrients)
yeah, much better to eat fatty salmon than eating nuts.
Also, regarding nuts/seeds/legumes, he mentioned that they’re high in certain vitamins and minerals, but failed to mention the fact that those particular metabolites (the forms that these are present) are not readily bioavailable, especially in people with a dysfunctional liver (low uptake rates, low conversion rates)
so… lots of info and general perspective – very good, but it would be nice to have a top 3 or top 5 things to do.
Also,
Like, is intermittent fasting effective ?
Is there an inherent difference between how to approach Nafld and alcohol induced fatty liver ? (apart from cutting out alcohol obvs)
Does fasted cardio burn fat stored in the liver, and does it do so before seeking other fat stores ?
Will calorie reduction , ie loosing weight/fat automatically help the liver lose fat ? I mean generally, what is the most effective mechanism or protocol to follow ?
One of those guys that begins every answer with “Yeah” and ends every other sentence with “right?”
