This homemade Nutella (chocolate-hazelnut spread) beats the original version by Ferrero any day. It’s smooth, chocolaty, and so delicious! Honestly, we’re almost through the last batch I made two days ago? Yes, it’s that good! This homemade Nutella is also vegan (dairy-free), gluten-free (grain-free), soy-free, and refined sugar-free.

what amount of hazelnuts in this recipe please
And in metric unit please. 😗
You can find the recipe on the first link in the description
I have metric measurements on my blog (in the recipe box): https://nutritionrefined.com/homemade-nutella/
I used 2 cups/270 g of hazelnuts with the 48-oz Vitamix container.
Booooooo to fahrenheit. 😜
Lol, 177ºC
My kids love “Nutella” but only the ones manufactured in Europe which is expensive. I can’t wait to make this and get their opinions 😁
The brand nutella is sold in many other countries outside of Europe. In the USA it comes in plastic but I find the flavor quite similar to European Nutella. In the USA they sell it at Costco.
My kids love this version of Nutella! Hope your kids enjoy it as well 🙂
Вы молодцы! Очень классные и здоровские рецепты!
Так держать!🎉@@NutritionRefined
@@klimtkahlo Thanks for responding 🌞 All over the USA is the “Nutella” in plastic containers and all come from Canada. Having lived in Australia for a bit and visiting family in Europe, we are not a fan of this nutella – it’s oilier and sweeter with not a very hazelnut flavor. Occasionally, Lidl will carry an international brand. 😬 I’m excited to try to make my own, hopefully, healthier 😁
@ 💙
Please can you recommend a cookie/biscuit thst is suitable for allulose. Ideally grain free
I don’t typically bake with allulose, so unfortunately, I don’t have a go-to recipe.
Simple The Best 👏👏👏
I’ll make
Hope you like the recipe 🙂
Thank you!
Thank you! 🙂
I am addicted to nutella! Can’t wait to try this version. Nutella has come up with a vegan version of nutella only sold in France and Germany and it is even better than real nutella! Can’t wait to try this one with all good ingredients! Maybe it is only sold in Germany, regardless I got a hold of a jar! I hope heaven has the kind of nutella that you can have tones of and is healthy and good for you and makes you lose weight! 😉 joking!
Lol, I wish you could lose weight eating homemade Nutella. It’s delicious, though 🙂
THANK YOU💜🙏💜
Thank YOU for watching and taking the time to comment 🙂
I bought 100% hazelnut paste and milk powder to make Nutella, so for the sweetener you say not to use liquid one? I was hoping to add honey but i also have coconut sugar
If it’s 100% hazelnut paste, the liquid sweetener (honey) will make it seize. Technically, Nutella is just a spread so you can loosen it with a splash of cream. So if you’d like to use honey, you can. Just be aware of the seizing process. Coconut sugar works great. However, because there is no liquid in the Nutella, it will not dissolve. So, unless you grind it into a fine powder (I used powdered coconut sugar), you will end up with crystals of sugar in the Nutella.
@ thanks love, you saved my Nutella😁
Fais-nous du chocolat. Il l’appelait mieux le mordjene que nitella.👍👍👌
Excellent NUT-ELLA
Thank you, Mike!
♥️👍🏻
Oh my gosh! I was wondering where you went the other day since I hadn’t seen any new vids by you….I realized I had been unsubscribed to your channel (guessing it was YouTube since I would never do this on my own)! I have re-subscribed and hopefully I’ll get all your amazing videos on food/nutrition again….yeaaaaa!!! I have always loved your knowledge and simple, clean ingredients when deconstructing recipes! 🙂
