Thank you , a lot of us suffered from this !

  • @ASMRFAMILIA says:

Please share all your substitutes because we have all the same trigger foods. 😂

    • @miriamgriffin6462 says:

Instead of pasta I use Palmini Hearts of Palm Pasta or Its Skinny Pasta. Instead of sodas I drink Zevia Tea. I enjoyed LMNT & Ritual vitamins that you have recommended. Do you have an Essential Amino Acid that you can recommend? Thanks!

    • @cinnamon1209 says:

Because you’re human and its OK in moderation ❤

Thank you for this video!!!❤ I thought I was alone being a cereal LOVER! YES, any time of day.🥴

  • @allheartandsong says:

I love to make a ton of power balls. Oats, chia seeds, coconut flakes unsweetened, peanut butter or almond butter, honey, and a few chocolaye chips. When I get a craving those for the trick for me.

  • @tammybaumgardner8432 says:

I love your transparency. My triggers were ice cream, bread, cookies, bakery goods, etc.

  • @lmar2541 says:

Love this video. My trigger foods are chips, cheese and peanut butter.

  • @david3443 says:

trigger foods are so hard, bread or anything really sweet can trigger a binge for me. It’s best just not to have the food around the house at all for me

  • @BeckyA59 says:

This really hits home. I do great for a couple weeks and then I totally get junk at the grocery store. And once I have it home I just have to eat it. The key is not buying it so why do I do that?

  • @aprilplemons7661 says:

Love your videos!! I regularly binge watch them😂! Thanks for your honesty! I am sending so many of my friends to your channel lately..please keep talking about your journey..you’re such a great inspiration and beautiful person❤. After 6 kids(all grown now) the triggers are multiple, but we can find strength with each other.. I fall, but with your help, I get up again😊

  • @browneyesm5166 says:

I’m in the process of getting away from my triggers right now. Day 2. Sweets and it’s so hard but I’m going to try the brownie recipe you made. Help me Lord to get away from the trigger fooooods I have alot❤ Thank you for this video and yes please explain when you feel comfortable 🙏

  • @dora9368 says:

Please share whatever you feel comfortable with. The more information we have the better we can help ourselves. Thank you Mayra😊

  • @michellepatrick5642 says:

Thank you. This came at a great time just had a binge on some VD goodies left over. Felt immediate regret. Got right back to keto today. Family doesn’t understand about a food addiction no one else has any issues with food in my family. It’s a real struggle.

    • @JesusLivesHeisComingSoon says:

Thank you for sharing about your family. I go through the same thing with food addiction especially sugar but I had a tendency to binge even if I ate a really great salad with ranch and some crackers I would just keep going and going. I am being more mindful of myself and my husband doesn’t really get it but he has never experienced it so I def understand. That’s why we need this community ❤

  • @madelineeverritt8874 says:

I absolutely love your channel. Im over 300 pounds. I have severely osteoarthritis in both knees and no cartilage in either knee. I also found out that I have rickets due to dangerously low vitamin d levels. Which have caused my legs to be badly deformed. I cant stand on my own. I have to use a walker and a wheelchair to get around. Things have gotten really hard for me recently. My food triggers is just about anything. Yes, i would love to know what you do to substitute your triggers. God bless you for all you do to help others. You are a god send.❤

  • @Pilarfitvegas says:

I definitely have binged before so I get it. My trigger is sweets – mostly chocolate and baked goods 👌🏾
Once I took those out , I began binging on the substitutions like all of the low carb treats and keto treats

  • @pamwedel3462 says:

i am the all or nothing gal with my trigger foods… can be chips or candy sometines choc and sometines cheese. If i don’t have it in the house i have less triggers for them. Sometines i can say to myself i don’t need it today I can have it another day. I also try to get focused something non food. Thank you for sharing your journey ❤

  • @patriciaarsenault6122 says:

i can relate to this topic 100000000 %…. my biggest trigger is any kind of nuts … cashews in particular. i’ve finally admitted defeat over this and will not allow myself to have ‘just a few’ ….. because ….the entire bag later … I’m wondering what the hell just happened as i sit there in a food coma 😒 ….. I haven’t had any in 2 months … and for the first time in many years i’ve been able to maintain my diet & have lost 18 lbs. since Jan 1 … admitting to myself that certain foods are triggers for me has been so enlightening for me & I’m so grateful.🤗

  • @mamaJLB81 says:

Girl, I hear you on the soda. I have been a Coke Zero addict for years after switching over from regular coke, but after getting real sick this past fall and not being able to drink it, when I tried it again, I found that I couldn’t stand it. The taste made me want to gag and spit it out, so now I have been soda free for the last 6 months…never thought I would get there, but so glad to no longer crave it! 🙌🏻🙏🏻

  • @susannay.3437 says:

Excellent point about dehydration when you’re craving certain foods.

  • @barbarameyer8334 says:

I would really love to hear more about trigger substitutes

  • @jennifermanzano2400 says:

I’m so glad you advised just avoiding those trigger foods and find healthy alternatives. So many people in my life just say “oh, everything in moderation.” 😖 but that doesn’t work for me! Maybe those people are just not triggered by certain foods. And good for them! But the struggle is real for me and chocolate and cheese and cookies and chips and……

  • @lynnetruiz says:

Bread, chips, chocolate, soda and cake are my triggers. Because of your recipes, I’ve managed to replace them. I’ve had to give up so many of my favorite foods, even cried over some of them so I can relate to the struggle. The emotional rollercoaster that is still there when I see someone eating something that would send me into a binge still exists though and I’m not sure that will ever go away. I am glad to know I’m not alone. God bless 💕
