A well trained core makes life feel amazing. I remember doing a yoga class once and was so surprised at how loose i felt
Core training is underrated imho. Strong core will benefit almost everything you do. Also will serve you in longevity. Old people walk crooked because of weak core. Once your spine starts to harden crooked you’re in big trouble.
Sprinting hits the abs.
They did not lose fat. The body has more than 600 muscles. When you focus on abs area, you “activate” or “lift” muscles that were “forgotten” or stopped functioning correctly. This led to improved posture because the muscles went back to their original correct places, so they did not “lose” belly fat, muscles just lifted up.
Spot reduction is real. Do abs everyday for 20 – 30 minutes and you’ll see. Same with every muscles. A muscle regurarly trained has less fat around it
