Thanks for sharing.Do you know what you’re having yet?Hopefully a little boy but we’re happy with a healthy baby with all ten fingers and all tintoes❀❀❀

Because of you I started eating yogurt again. I use to only eat vanilla yogurt but it was too sweet and Greek was too tangy and needed to add granola. Now I love plain Greek yogurt. My daughter will only eat plain yogurt and never any flavors. Im so glad she never liked them. She is picky so will only eat a certain brand so to get her more protein I strain that. I finally found an organic whole milk Greek yogurt at Aldi, but my homemade with TJ’s grass milk is my favorite.

Problem is I don’t like unflavored yogurt

Can people give advise for making tangy yogurt taste better? I cannot stand the taste of tangy foods, but I would like to start eating yogurt.

Thanks Autumn- great video, as always! I use both regular plain yogurt & plain Greek for different purposes. Since I get a ton of protein (I really don’t get why it’s difficult for any omnivore to get enough – I find it super duper easy), I use it to get my CALCIUM up without adding too much more protein (which I’m already getting from eggs, fish, chicken, steak, and lots of Greek yogurt – I use Cronometer so I have an excellent idea of exactly how much I’m getting). πŸ™‚

I like to eat plain Greek or Skyr every day. But it can get so expensive!!! Especially eating over one cup….So I cut back on the portions and then I’m not getting all the protein.

  • @joyce10309 says:

I eat your protein powder with siggies full fat skyr strawberries and peanut butter every day! So yummy! I also use the siggies to make a high protein tatziki sauce with grated strained cucumber, fresh dill, lemon juice, salt pepper garlic powder and a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil. I serve it with salmon or chicken thighs or even steak skewers its sooooo good and adds an additional 12g protein to my dinner.

  • @simplycurlyde says:

I just learned that not all greek yogurt doesn’t have live & active cultures.

  • @sueellenwalsh1326 says:

I love the Fage 5% Greek yogurt with berries and organic stevia drops, plus a few drops of pure vanilla extract. Adds a little sweetness and blends nicely, as opposed to powdery stevia or monk fruit.

  • @guylainelamoureux says:

These days full fat dairy products, especially 4% cottage cheese, are sold out when I get to the store! People are getting the message. Thanks Autumn, have a great weekend!πŸ’ͺβ€οΈπŸ‡¨πŸ‡¦

For a crunchy snack, I’ll have some pork rinds and use full fat greek yogurt with some garlic powder sprinkled in it. It’s so good!

  • @MyFatAdaptedLife says:

I live on a dairy farm and have access to raw (cow, goat, sheep) kefir and yogurt. All are excellent sources of C15 essential fatty acid.

    • @genesismccormack7540 says:

That’s awesome! I’m waiting for my dairy goats to freshen…we miss the milk. We are luck to have other healthy milk available for us during our dry season.

    • @MyFatAdaptedLife says:
