  • @suzannecarrier287 says:

How about draining the cauliflower….adding a little cream and whipping with an immersion blender to make them even more like mashed potatoes.😋. Looks great Autumn!!

  • @loz3135 says:

😂 my mouth was drooling 😂

  • @terrykinnane9874 says:

Hi Autumn, thank you for this as I have made traditional shepherds and cottage pies for years and this is an easy conversion for me. FYI it is pronounced LEE and Perrins and Wooster-sheer sauce, my favourite ingredient in almost everything.🇦🇺

  • @tracythompson1692 says:

Do you have a link or a description for the individual baking dishes?

  • @strawberryme08 says:

White or red potatoes are healthier though than russet the starches in it are a bit different (carbs)

  • @sharongraham4256 says:

You are right lamb is Shepherd, beef is cottage, and veggie is Garden.

  • @Shelleyb4028 says:

Looks delicious! Can’t wait to try it 🙂

  • @stephenr444 says:

Oh man Autumn! I can’t wait to try this one out and share it all over the Facebook group lol

  • @louisebazelak5177 says:

Using those individual casserole dishes allows to make some with potato and some with the cauliflower. My 10-year-old and 12-year-old need those extra healthy calories thank you as always looking forward to trying us. I have been procrastinating on buying ground lamb this will be the recipe try it.

  • @margrose5 says:

I have a similar recipe that used to be on my regular rotation! Thanks for this reminder. I’m going to make it tonight! I just happen to have ground lamb on hand.

  • @lisadunn5622 says:

How does the glycemic index of russet potatoes compare to sweet potatoes?

  • @lorigillach4362 says:

Going to make this tonight!! Yummm 😊
