    I’m using it. Love it!!!

  • @harputian says:

Chromoscopy with methylene blue is now widely used to detect dysplastic changes early and to stain specialized intestinal metaplasia in columnar cell metaplasia of the esophagus (Barrett’s esophagus).

However, this approach may not be without problems. As authors from Leeds have demonstrated, the combination of endoscopic white light and methylene blue can damage DNA in Barrett’s mucosa, potentially accelerating carcinogenesis. While it is certainly too early to deliver a eulogy for chromoendoscopy, this method should be critically evaluated, especially if the authors’ findings are confirmed.

  • @mrcadoia says:

“fish tank cleaner” or more correctly said: Medicine for fish diseases. You drop MB in the water. The fish heal. Kind of makes the “fish tank cleaner” choice of words sound either ignorant or deliberately sounding like its some sludge remover or something other nasty stuff scaring people away from even considering this as something that could help them.

  • @MadDestructionChaos says:

I have been using MB for a long time. I take it every other day for a while and take a week off or so. On my longer day runs. I can REALLY feel a difference in endurance! I can run farther and at a faster pace than on days I don’t to take it. I have done my own testing with a minute or better with a 3 mile run. (I’m not a speed demon, though I am training for a 6 minute mile. average is 8 mins) and I wouldn’t take a long run with out it. I feel like it’s a super power for my runs! I LOVE IT!!! I also only eat Beef, bacon, butter, eggs and cheese the last couple years. I am at my natural weight and that helps a lot too. Zero inflammation at 43 years old. I could run everyday if I wanted to. I walk though a couple miles everyday no matter what. Cool video! Much enjoyed!

    • @fiftycent889 says:

what brand are you using ? dose ?

    • @MadDestructionChaos says:

@@fiftycent889 This not medical advice Nor an advertisement. COMPASS LABORATORY USP Grade 0.5%- I am seasoned in using it. So i take 12-15 drops. If you’re just starting out. 1-3 drops will do you!! You will feel it the first couple weeks and notice not so muc after a while, that’s when you increase your dose. Work your way up in dosage. A little goes a LONG way!! And don’t take any SSRIs while consuming this product. Do your own research for sure!

    • @cajampa says:

True. The MB feeling when you run is something else. I love it. I used to do it all the time and then I took a year long break and now I am on it again. And damn it is good.
And not even on longer runs but on maxed out interval sprints also. When you crash into the wall you still have your wits about you, because you don’t get that tunnel vision and your mind doesn’t lose focus nearly as bad until you start getting back your breath again.

I only do micro doses. What doses do you use and have you noticed any sweet spot around dosing. I have only experimented with doses around 83-166ug.

    • @MadDestructionChaos says:

@@cajampamy original replies keep getting deleted. Max I consume is 15 drops. 💯 On everything you said!

  • @shelleybevacqua says:

    And exercise

  • @Brynjar1 says:

0:16 “It’s a fish tank cleaner” sounds like a fallacy
nitroglycerin is an explosive that can be used as a heart medicine, for example

  • @brianbadonde8700 says:

it is surprisingly good as an anti inflammatory in the 5 to 10 milligramme dose from my experience, no noticeable negatives to note

  • @10cadr says:

discovered your channel 3 days ago. Thanks for sharing your findings and being direct to the point.

  • @BaaaWakeUpSheeple says:

Great video highlighting some of the key points from that interview.. I just got some methylene blue delivered yesterday and was a little nervous about starting it because I have porphyria and didn’t’ know if there’s maybe a correlation with that and the G6PD deficiency. I’m going to start tomorrow anyway as he stated its fine at low doses. The G6PD test is a little pricey where I live in Mexico and they said it will take 20 days to get the results. I kind of want to start right away as I’m pretty sure I caught some parasites here.. fun times.. wish me luck. 🙏

  • @Hugger619 says:

Love the blue background and crisp blue shirt!!

  • @smcla says:

Great video, thanks. I’d love to learn more about protocols involving Methylene Blue coupled with Red Light Therapy.

  • @seanolivas9148 says:

Need better studies on the negative effects on NO2 before I’m touching it

    • @SiimLand says:

Dr Scott covers it on the podcast. It’s not actually that clear cut that MB inhibits NO

    • @dimitar72 says:

If you need a study to tell you something then you are brainwashed. It’s an embarrassment to real natural humans who follow their natural diet and live to 100 easily. All of the people following these trends will die before 100 guaranteed. Including Bryan Johnson.

  • @lauriemillion3108 says:

I have been taking low dose methylene blue for close to two years. Gives me clarity and a sense of well-being. Don’t think I’ll ever stop taking it.

  • @benchcrewgames says:

It’s nice to see your final form on the thumb nail! 🔥

  • @SaveTheBiosphere says:

Significantly reduces nitric oxide – only issue I’ve seen. Need to find the data/how much NO2 reduction.

  • @whatthefunction9140 says:

It cleared up my bacterial acne and evens out my energy. Reduces my alergies.

  • @campersruincod6134 says:

    Thumbnail is crazy 😂

  • @johnolaoluwa says:

I had a nasty steam burn of 2nd degree in October 2023. I took a methylene blue product, mitotaur, and used the cream I had just got for antiageing, in the UK. In two weeks, it was healed, and by the third week, you couldn’t say I had that serious burn. My skin was as fresh as ever! I have been using the product ever since. I’m used to the blue pee now.

  • @orion9k says:

I used nigella seed oil for wound healing and combat skin fungus many times, it works perfectly. Also makes your skin clean and look great.
