These thumbnails getting out of hand

  • @ykles24 says:

Tried 5 to 15grams for a week, and it prevented me from sleeping even two hours nightly. 30g would make me lose my sanity. 😭

  • @Markt790 says:

    Nailed the thumbnail 😂

  • @simonandfitness says:

I take about 7g per day, and weigh about 82kg. It works for me in multiple ways.

  • @JBits-m9p says:

    That thumbnail, lolll

  • @jetertebow says:

Loading? Did that when I first started taking it in 1994.

  • @rowdyduterte8476 says:

Did you end up testing your serum Creatine Kinase after? 😂

  • @hugechimp says:

Great thumbnail pic!…Say Hello to my little friend!..

  • @craiger2399 says:

I wonder if a 10gm bump mid-day would help with the mid-day slump? I know the slump is somewhat cortisol mediated, but perhaps the creatine will help? I’m going to try it.

  • @pjaworek6793 says:

That’s a cool look, where are the chains and rings and blling 😂

  • @voxxclamantis9668 says:

    What type of creatine

Mega dose creatine + micro dose cocaine = god dosage

  • @hsniranjanrao says:

Guess, this is what the DOGE guys are gulping…

  • @andybryant3052 says:

Tyrosine is supposed to help with sleep deprivation, too. Maybe with a combo of a more reasonable amount, like 8 to 10 grams and a couple grams of tyrosine. I’d probably start with 3 grams creatine and 500mg tyrosine. Only take PRN. Then, observe the effects and titrate up until an adequate efficacy is judged. Then, for blood work. Educate your doctor if needed about high creatinine labs. Otherwise, he’ll give you a kidney damage speech. As an added tip, always make sure you’re well hydrated when getting blood work done. This is just DYOR advice. I’d also say moderate caffeine intake and avoidance of carbs would also help. I’m just an uneducated guy on the interwebs, though.

  • @159awi says:

I did about 5g of creatine a day for quite a while. It made me feel good and I did gain some muscle. I also gained some pounds but it wasn’t really fat. I felt fat though.

  • @hectorrestrepo201 says:

Are you on finasteride?? Your hair looks very healthy. Maybe is because of glycine and collagen maxxing

  • @KasKade7 says:

I’m the type of person that gets a big bloated head from even taking 5g creatine. Some weeks I eat a equal amount or more of creatine from herring with no side effects. Yes, I do a few more reps in some exercises. Benefits also seem to stay longer. But hard to tell any cognitive benefits from that amount.

  • @Yankindc says:

You should take your creatine dissolved in water, not as a sludge/suspension.
