At 74 years old I do feel it. Taking 3-4 drops in AM then again mid day. Only
Monday-Friday taking weekend off. I’ve experienced more energy and mental
capacity. After Sunday I can’t wait to take it again starting Monday morning.

Comes out as blue pee, poo, sperm. Are internal organs all blue too? No thanks! Sounds like a poison for future cancer.
Your dose was too low
Neurotoxic at high dosages; however, low dosages paired with red light show the greatest benefits, as seen in PubMed studies. The dose is the poison bla bla bla.

Methylene blue targets hallmarks of aging so it’s best to stick to the data instead of subjective results. Many biological effects you will not “feel” that target hallmarks of aging at a clinically significant level.
