I saw the notification and came right away. Thank you for sharing!!!! (I didn’t vote for Trump)

  • @ervinsmoviecorner8748 says:

    Good job, Autumn!

  • @EE-hi4re says:

KETO (combined w/OMAD) was the ONLY thing that pulled me out of obesity. I no longer eat KETO, however I’m still pretty low carb and only eat Nature’s carbs.

    • @chermonfils says:

@EE-hi4re Yes, very low carb whole foods is the ONLY thing that finally worked for my husband after years of trying everything else. I do wish Autumn would clarify recommendations for people who have damaged metabolisms and severe insulin resistance due to many years of a bad diet … there are SO many of us. 🙏

  • @bonniewhillock3536 says:

I’ve been keto in the past but recently trying carnivore. I think I’ll be staying because I feel great and it’s simple…and love meat.

  • @charletteprzybylski3417 says:

Yes Autumn, please do a deep dive on the Mediterranean diet.

  • @bobbietharrington6690 says:

Great video! Please do a deep dive into the Mediterranean diet and possibly keto Mediterranean. Thanks for all you do!

  • @Vcastelle8 says:

I have been loving those ranking/Tier list series you have been doing lately with things like protein, fruits and best diet etc . Thank you for all the info and the visual . 😊

  • @TheWebstaff says:

The Mediterranean diet is as much a relaxed life style as it is about the food.

  • @lorensims4846 says:

The problem I have is that I believe there is NO positive health benefit to ANY amount of alcohol. Nothing will age you faster.
At my work before I met my wife they had Slim-Fast in the vending machines and almost everyone was on it.
We were pretty serious about low-fat in the early ’90s. My wife blamed it for giving her the diabetes that ultimately killed her.
I was eating ostensibly Vegan for eleven years throughout the ’90s, though I could never quite give up cheese so I may have missed some of the poor health effects. But it wasn’t doing for me what I wanted.
We did amazingly well on Atkins, but not after we got off of “induction.”

More than three years ago you mentioned Carnivore as an alternate to Keto. I researched further and have been eating carnivore ever since. I’ve never felt better in my life.
I am drinking cacao, cayenne and raw honey, also eating walnuts every day, most in an attempt to reduce blood pressure.
I really appreciate what you do.

  • @Lisa-du6pv says:

Great video!! So appreciate the presentation of pros and cons based on nutiousionally dense foods and protein.

  • @amypeckham says:

would you ever do a print out of this list… it is interesting and helpful… thank you

  • @guylainelamoureux says:

Interesting. Appreciate the well researched video and ranking. Thank you. 😮❤️🇨🇦 33:26 Yes put AEN Nutrient Timing at the very top! It’s the best, most sustainable way.

  • @sibophaykong961 says:

Thanks so much for your hard work. They’re very informative and educational! You’re the best!👍🏼👏

  • @chermonfils says:

Love your emphasis on food/ingredient quality, nutrition density, protein needs, and teaching people how to eat! You mention several times that “most” of us do not need to go very low carb; however, people who have damaged metabolisms and are severely insulin resistant (due to many years of an ultra processed, sugar-centric, standard American diet) very often need to restrict carb intake significantly in order to begin to see any reversal of that resistance, weight loss, and improvement in health. Unfortunately, that population is not insignificant … you might even say it’s “most” of us.

  • @jjburke081883 says:

Are you going to address the LMNT “natural flavors” that contain maltodextrin? I only use the unflavored…how can we be sure the unflavored is what they say it is? I love your information. I hope you will give the truth about the effect 250-550mg of maltodextrin has on the human body.

    • @cathi7610 says:

Why not just share what you have learned instead of bring accusatory?
Here is what another YT channel has said:
“Maltodextrin acts like sugar. It’s high on the glycemic index, between 105-185 (table sugar 65). It spikes insulin and depletes nutrients. Can be classified as a carb. It is in n a lot of things – natural flavorings, keto products, sports powders, baby formulas.
It is man-made synthetic sugar-like carb, highly processed, absorbed faster than sugar”.
