I thought I’d struggle w/ my weight bc of hypothyroidism until I realized I was just eating too much
✨ I used to believe lifting weights would make me “bulky” until I realized lifting weights is what helped my body burn more at rest.
✨I never thought my healthy foods could be making me gain weight – they were!
✨ I used to think balance meant doing just a little of everything so it was easy. Now I realize it means pouring your heart and soul into whatever makes you feel good. It’s not about being easy, it’s about enjoying the process..
✨I’ve lost 45 lbs, but the biggest transformation was in my mindset, not my body.
