Siim no longer a natty after shooting up the Peptides 😂

  • @BiteyAphrodite says:

Siim sounds like an AI generated voice

  • @MaybeTogether says:

I would love to see human RCTs on this

  • @spx730 says:

    🤔🤔🤔

  • @persophone4554 says:

I might have to take it at the mg level to do 1 muscle up for each year I’ve been alive! (What’s the record for a 70 year old!) The best I’ve done recently was 8, with hips to the bar.

  • @AKA_Yours_2RLY_Music says:

Just collagen dump, and take recovery supplements: taurine, beta alanine, glutamine, carnisine, carnitine, magnesium, etc. I am slowly recovering an old tendon wound and by incorporating specific strategic exercises I’ve drastically improved it. My left arm used to have sharp pain in the forearm and bicep up to the deltoid. I also sprained my ankle in late February and it recovered much faster. BPC could drastically improve recovery on top of the supplements but I think it’s really unnecessary if you are already getting your peptides from food sources and collagen

  • @marcell.paumkirchner says:

Where did you get it? And where could we get Adapalene gel in the EU? 😁

  • @eelcohoogendoorn8044 says:

Its interesting to note that the overwhelming majority of studies come from Predrag Sikiric and researchers affiliated with his research group. That kind of concentration of activity should be taken into account when considering the strength of the evidence. Ive found only one study from Asia (after none-exhaustive search) that seems truly independent in that sense, from what I can tell, which found results broadly consistent with BPC being involved in tendon repair. But its something to keep in mind; I do hope human studies are already underway, because it sure is an interesting area of research.

  • @sCiphre says:

Oral bpc-157 just gets disassembled in the small intestine and inside enterocytes. I don’t really see how this could be avoided. I’ll look into that product but expect it’s entirely placebo.

    • @Thinkofsomethingnew says:

no true, for gut health oral bpc is seen to be the best.

    • @sCiphre says:

@Thinkofsomethingnew  sure. It’s a resilient little peptide that makes it unharmed past the HCl and into the small intestine. I can accept that it may help gut health up to, but not including the large intestine. But this guy just said it helped his elbow, so it made it into circulation, and into a poorly irrigated tissue in quantities large enough to be noticeable. I call that out. That is bullshit.

    • @sCiphre says:

@@Thinkofsomethingnew I’ve done some googling and I can see that it’s liposomal and might make it past absorption in one piece. I’ll have to dig deeper but it’s an interesting idea.

  • @jackbuaer3828 says:

Perhaps reduce the frequency of pullup workouts and skip the bpc-157 in the future. Would it not be better to try to avoid the injury in the first place? Obviously, if you’re injuring yourself repeatedly, you’re doing too much.

    • @Thinkofsomethingnew says:

he said he didn’t warm up properly. Pull ups are an excellent exercise and stopping wouldn’t be ideal. Healing and warming up next time is the right direction.

    • @SiimLand says:

I’ve worked out for over 12 years and I’ve only had 1 elbow injury. Best to avoid them, but over a long enough of a time horizon you’ll inevitably have some

  • @Thinkofsomethingnew says:

I have just come off taking the same BioPrime BPC157 after having tendonitis in my elbow like Slim. I’d had the tendonitis for around 9 months and it wasn’t improving. 2 months on this and I can say my elbow has 85% or so improved. I can work out like before and the discomfort is very very minimal. I will run another 2 months in the new year and that should compoletely clear it up. It’s not the cheapest from BioPrime but it is pure.

  • @kristoferbjella9299 says:

People claim it’s virtually risk free but when I tried it I got extremely tired and emotionless after the second week. I had it prescribed and from a compounding pharmacy. Found a bunch of people online saying the same thing…also scared of it potential affects on cancer cells. Hard pass for me after that.

  • @warrior_monk_athletics says:

No wonder you got tendinitis with that muscle up form… Both arms together my friend.

  • @1000BabyRage says:

Congrats on 200K Siim. It’s been a wild ride since I first found you. You’ve evolved and improved a lot. Keep going strong.💪

  • @grovepeate3316 says:

I’m 79 have lifted and played golf my whole life. When I start getting tendonitis, I stop the activity for a month. Be it dips, skull crushers or hitting 100 golf balls with my driver turning over the left forearm for a more pronounced draw. Rest and ice. Your just trying to push out videos. Who needs to do 30 pullups? But driving a golf ball over 300 yds has more value to me then trying to beat some Navy seal’s attempt.

  • @mastertao1179 says:

It would be ideal if you also displayed your blood markers, such as CRP.

  • @torque-vectoring says:

Fascinating how a lot of professional YouTubers decided to promote a product that has never been confirmed to be safe.

  • @eduardoaugustosilvestre724 says:

    29 pull ups
    it’s a lot
almost impossible for muscular and tall guys

  • @eduardoaugustosilvestre724 says:
