It's not about extremes – just dialing in the habits that work every time:
💧Start the day with water + electrolytes luse @lovesweatfitness Hydrate first thing to wake up digestion and reduce cravings.
🥗Prioritize protein + produce
Every meal. Keeps me full, balances blood sugar, and supports fat loss. I aim for 150g protein and use @Isnutrition organic Plant Protein for smoothies or oats.
🚶♀️Move more – I'm hitting 12-15k@steps/day
It's the simplest way to boost fat burn and reduce bloating.
💪🏼Strength train 3-4x/week
I use the workouts in the @move app – short, effective, and they work.
💤Sleep 7-8 hours
Seriously… no progress happens without it. I use Pep Rally in the AM to get going and stick to a calming PM routine to unwind.
❌Cut back on sugar + alcohol
It's not about cutting everything – just being mindful.
Alcohol stalls fat loss and the bloat disappears fast when I do this.
📲Track meals for awareness
Not forever. Just enough to reset and make sure I'm fueling properly
