    only blueberries or all berries? i have the problem of exposed tooth necks. so, for example, blueberries are too sour and hurt my teeth a lot 😥

    Less cardiovascular, stroke, cancer and joint pain with frozen blue berries, sour cherries and bilberry powder every day. Still pass the vision test with no glasses at 76.
