      Why does that matter if you’re already eating more than enough fiber? If you eat 100 grams of fiber in a day and also drink some juice, that juice cancels out that 100 grams of fiber?

      @@dj-fe4ck no, I didn’t say that lol. Let’s not put words in my mouth. I said I hate it (I’m allowed to) not that it’s bad or that it cancels out any other fiber that you eat

      I should clarify that I hate it because the high sugar content makes me feel odd, which doesn’t happen when I drink smoothies or eat enormous amounts of fruit or dried fruit. So it’s the lack of fiber that I hate
