Good video. It’s sad but not surprising YouTube Health and Fitness influencers pitch overpriced supplements as part of affiliate deals.

I think it maybe worth taking Urolithin A for longevity, but there are plenty of alternatives for about $10 a month for same compound

  • @annunakian8054 says:

Just eat pomegranates, berries, nuts & drink tea.

    • @HateDietPepsi says:

Most people don’t have the right microbiome. However, there was a study that claimed you can eventually get the right microbiome with daily exposure to pomegranates.

    • @jackbuaer3828 says:

@@HateDietPepsi Do you have the study name? I am curious, as I eat pomegranate everyday.

    • @wadiknovgorodski1252 says:

Pomegranate is long, not enough…to build your healthy microbiom, take over a year, and eating not only pomegranate but also introduce every week a new healthy food…avacado some sort of lentils, fermented foods or seeds to let your microbiom adopt the new type of fiber and bacteria slowly and not getting fucked by blooting…but that’s for people who were on KFC diet for about a year and lost their microbiom balance off course😅

    • @Seanonyoutube says:

I ate a whole pomegranate in my yogurt this morning! They grow on the trees in my back yard

  • @siven283 says:

    Thanks,for this video

    Thanks Siim 🙏😊

Never buy something that gets promoted by Influencers, no matter who is behind it! IMHO

  • @kristfur says:

We’re all getting a lesson to wait for the science to come out.

  • @arcadepiano says:

just get pomegrenades. i actually own 2 trees.

  • @AncestralFuel says:

Glad there is someone out there providing this information- I had my suspicions about UA, all I needed was a little push to take it out of my supplement stack. One reason it is so expensive is the high dollar promotions due to paying influencers such as Dr Hyman who gets paid as a “consultant”. Seeing the same dynamic with the promotion of AG1 – another overpriced, over hyped supplement. Interesting that you rarely see these paid influencers advocating things like fermented garlic which is backed by tons of research? Love this channel because you receive good advice.

    Thanks for saving us money

  • @rodolfo... says:

Siim, while you’re at it, could you look into the following actors as well: hydrogen water, fatty15(C15), and mitoQ?

  • @TheHunterofWarriors says:

What, there isn’t a magic pill that will magically replace eating well, exercising and living a balanced life with purpose and meaning? Yes, purpose and meaning is redundant but its here for emphasis and irony

  • @Levi1300-go6mq says:

Eat a clean diet, don’t smoke anything, don’t drink alcohol, exercise 3-4 times a week, get 7-8hrs of sleep per night, get 30 minutes of direct sunshine per day, only take supplements with well established, scientifically proven track records, and watch Siim Land’s videos. That’s my longevity routine. Keep up the good work Siim!

  • @kyled9357 says:

If you look at the visual of taking urolothin a vs not that the company provides, the drop off in the compound doesn’t really start declining until you’re around 50 or 60, so not really gonna be worrying about this for another 20 years. Maybe then they’ll know if it really helps or not 😅

  • @dragonfishing says:

Like with pretty much all science that hasn’t gone through meta it can be ignored.
Shill science can produce data to make anything look good, over two thirds of all studies cannot reproduced, so take it all with a pinch of salt and trust your own judgement.

  • @juanestebanmedinallovera8989 says:

These pharmaceutical companies do get away often with deceptive marketing.

  • @trench01 says:

    Thoughts on “Pearl Powder” ??

  • @bitsens says:

Could you review NAD+ IV drips vs NMN vs NR vs niacin (flush form)?

  • @user-qh5rm4hi4k says:

    thanks for the review!
