I have a quick question I have hypothyroidism as well and do you experience fatigue and bouts of Malaise even though they say your levels are fine or if they are slightly low? My levels seem to be slightly low all the time and my doctor keeps suggesting my meds, but this is yearly. So every year it’s off. But I was just trying to see if you ever felt the same? Like if you overdo it you are done for a few days just down and out? Or are your energy levels always pretty stable?❤❤ Any advice or info would help me to see a different point of view by the way I love all your videos always hit like button😊😊ty

It’s super hard at 40 (looking like it’s perie menopause hormone I’m working against) & after 4 children and the last two were cesarean section, and the stress of looking after my elderly father this year whose now yesterday in his final moments, but I’m definitely not going to be giving up no matter what!! Working out lately especially has been helping as well as reading my Bible and leaning on God!!! 💪💗🙌

I find so much inspiration in your story ❤ I’m in a rough season of life right now and weight loss seems impossible. But I know it’s possible! I just have to keep pursuing what is best for my body and not give up.

How many reps do you do
With those light weights to build that much muscle? Your legs
    Look great!

I feel similar. No hypothyroidism but not the best genes or metabolism but eating right and staying active definitely helps big time. I notice in your more recent videos your legs are really defined. You look great.
