I’ve always struggled w/ bloating, inflammation, digestion issues all made worse by hypothyroidism.

I’ve added a few different supplements, herbs, and things into my routine, but I’ve definitely noticed a big difference since I started doing this every night.

They help with bloating and inflammation when placed on the belly button because its connection to the nerves and blood vessels in the abdomen.
.
Here’s how it works:
🤍Anti-inflammatory Properties: Castor oil contains ricinoleic acid, a potent anti-inflammatory fatty acid. When absorbed through the skin, it can help reduce inflammation in the underlying tissues and organs, including the digestive tract.
Improved Digestion and Reduced Bloating: Castor oil stimulates the lymphatic system and improves circulation, helping to eliminate toxins and excess fluids that contribute to bloating. It also supports the movement of the intestines, which can ease constipation and gas buildup.
✨Absorption Through the Belly Button: The belly button is connected to a dense network of nerves and blood vessels that supply the abdominal area. Applying castor oil in this location allows for efficient absorption, targeting the digestive organs more directly.
🙌🏻Relaxation of Muscles and Tissues: The warmth of the castor oil patch relaxes the abdominal muscles, easing cramps and tension, which can also help relieve bloating and discomfort.
🌸Hormonal Balance and Inflammation Reduction: Castor oil is believed to support hormonal balance, which can be particularly beneficial for bloating linked to menstrual cycles or hormonal imbalances.

Where do you get the patches from?

    • @gwengwen4535 says:

The patches should be real organic cotton. The castor oil ‘pulls’ everything into your skin. For real, look it up!
