Thank you thank you thank you. I am 65 and I don’t want my weight to creep up and up. My weight fluctuates. I had to cut out dairy as well. I have ups and downs. I go from encouraged to discouraged back to encouraged and so on. You give me hope that I am on a journey and its gonna be okay. I just have to keep switching it up when needed. I know exactly what you are talking about. I start to crave bread or snacks. I look for the healthiest version of them and end up reaching for them every day. The only way I can stop is to not buy them for a while and then I do lose the craving for them. I can’t just have them once in a while, I start to want them all the time.
Yeah the battle is at the grocery store
same so I have cut out all bread sugar and it def stops the cravings

I stay away from salt, sugar, pasta, bread and dairy. I have a lot of vegetables and either chicken or tuna fish for protein.

I have been so stuck. I have 9 extra pounds and just can’t seem to lose those lbs. I have definitely been on the struggle bus. I’m going to stick with you during your journey getting off the struggle bus. I started yesterday and made 10 chaffles even before I saw this video. I love to cook and was very successful adapting my meals to a proper human diet. What I love is having a glass of wine with my ribeye or chicken parm. Anyway, I’m going to just knuckle down and really watch my sugar. I appreciate your honesty. You have really helped me. Thank GOD I haven’t given up.
