      You don’t get fatty liver from eating fat, you get it from a high sugar, high carbohydrate diet. Not saying you shouldn’t eat carbs at all but too much is bad, esp if you aren’t active.

    She has been eating this way for years and it works for her. I did see a video recently where she discussed adding some additional foods to her diet, so I believe she has a little more variety. But is still mainly carnivore.

      There are people in the world who are genuinely allergic to veggies and fruit and can only eat other things like meat. I feel sorry for those people. I love my plants and I love my steak. I eat all the things (well mostly, I am picky enough about certain things). I get that’s not for everyone. ❤

    ewww, I’d eat the burger patties with some lettuce and sauce and cheese and call that lunch. the bone broth would be great hot with vegetables and noodles in it as a proper soup, mmm. as wiggly cold broth, no no.

    Keto was totally unsustainable for me. Thats kinda sad because somehow my mental health (i have bipolar) my skin and pcos was all better without any meds. But Im foodie and after 2/3 years it turned into constant binging cycles

    I feel like this is Freelee’s raw “eat 200 bananas a day,” just rebranded. In 5 years, everyone eating carnivore will complain that they gained weight and got sick, just like the fruitarians did after Freelee’s diet.

      Except meat has wayyy more nutrition than just fruit. You can eat a high meat diet and thrive, not so much on the fruitarian diet.

    Jiggly bone broth is very law in calories because IT IS NOT FAT !!!!
    In fact, it is full of nutrients and colagen, hence good for your skin, hair, bones, joints, and brain.
    Overall, it is good for humans. It is a pity that it gets a bad reputation due to carnivore madness!!!
