  • @sahilkhurana_ says:

Most of us biohackers (or whatever term you like to use) have had some kind of issues in the past thst made is get into it as a cure and we kept correcting it and then optimizing it and here we are. One thing that I find common in all these stories is no one ever wants to go back who they were before. I relate so much to Julie. I was obese just a year ago and now I’ve ran a 3:20 marathon, I run 5k everyday, resistance, monitor my diet very carefully, take supplements, I feel better than ever! so much of your mental health is tied to physical and internal health. Thanks guys for promoting this.

Vitamin k2 mk4 45mg megadose is used in Japan to fight osteoporosis. Animal research has linked mk4 with fighting cognitive decline and helping against mitochondria issues.

@20:05 beet root powder, glycerol, creatine, tmg, citruline malate (just add malic acid separately), arugula, plenty of salt & water, all make a pretty sweet pump indeed, especially combined with BFR 🙌💪 or drink some honey, maple syrup, fruit (apples/kiwis/blueberries/watermelon)

    • @sahilkhurana_ says:

but if you are aiming for fat loss, that wouldn’t be ideal right? since the body will use the sugar in honey/maple syrup instead of fat stores?

    • @jjjames6894 says:

@@sahilkhurana_maybe but I think it depends on the person, I def did keto & IF to lose 100lb but lost all my muscle too so I’m body building it back but staying lean on omnivorous whole foods

  • @jjjames6894 says:

@25:10 yes alpha GPC, l-tyrosine, also with rhodeola rosea & caffeine amazing synergistically for workout or overpowered brain

  • @chriscarpunky says:

Been using Novos Core for 4 months now and I don’t notice a difference. Wondering if I should continue?

    • @mco51193 says:

I’m not sure that “feeling” different is really relevant with something like that. The point is to help you age in a healthy way, which is a slow process. You may not feel different at all, but at the same time you might feel a whole lot worse over the years if you weren’t taking it. it’s certainly not an energy drink is supposed to give you some kind of boost every day.

Super video content & guest! Excellent – thanks to you both! 👏👍

  • @henrikmadsen2176 says:

Vitamin K2 is quite easy to get from foods, right? Loads of K2 in many veggies.
More difficult to get enough Potassium !? 🤷‍♂️

Seems like the new thing now to begin every single answer with “Yaaa! So….”

As a 54 year old woman, I appreciate this speaker. She is very relatable and down to earth and I value her perspective….thank you Siim!😊

  • @UncleMike81 says:

Solid Interview… I believe she knows a lot more than she lets on!

  • @devenpatel3044 says:

    You both look great!

  • @siven2777 says:

    Thanks

  • @stargazerbird says:

Beets are delicious. I make a mixed juice with a whole beet in it. She looks great but obviously has a lot of Botox and who knows what else. Doing in clinic stuff plus staying lean gets you a long way visually.

  • @AgelessBeautyOver40 says:

26:02 – I loved how realistic your approach to exercise is. So refreshing to hear someone say it’s not about pushing hard, but staying consistent – especially as we age. This whole video felt like a conversation with a wise friend!

  • @markhicks5569 says:

Lp(a) most certainly can be reduced. I am so far able to reduce mine from 250 to 75. I take 2000mg of niacin at 4 x500 a day. Plus Psk9 inhibitor. I am high protein low carb and fats that come along with my protein sources. Lost 80 lbs best shape of my life at 62. I am betting on benefits of keto ish diet and very low ldl. Double whammy for long health span. And my ldl is low in blood circulation. I am very efficient at recycling ldl so lots of fresh healthy cholesterol being transported for energy!

  • @Fun-tx7lp says:

I think exercise, eating right, and taking the right supplements, etc. really help slow aging. We all agree on these things. Injecting toxins and segments of DNA can overcome most or all of the health preserving things we do. I think it would be good to see a video about avoiding insufficiently tested substances. There are far too many things that are recommended based on rumor and pseudoscience.

  • @happyantiaging says:

I love 💗 your video. Julie is a gem and is dedicated to quality of her life. She is great inside out. Lots of people are so critical in comments. They just don’t want to do the right thing and commit to their health, thus it’s easier to criticize others than doing something about their own health. Everyone is on their own journey.
