    That’s cool! When I started taking cardio seriously, I thought there should be a government program where you could potentially win a great price like a lottery for increasing your performance. And so potentially increasing the general health of the population.

    With the VO2 max test, does it have to be a real one (i.e. one completed in a science lab) or can it be a predicted VO2 max (as estimated by a smartwatch)?

    Thanks for sharing. In the Android YouTube app, I can’t click on any of the URLs in the description or copy them. I know there’s way to do it because I’ve seen descriptions with URLs that were clickable
