Your so blessed to be able to afford this gadget β€
Looks delicious. Thank u for your content. U r so needed her on the internet β€
It does really last longer than the normal blenders. It’s expensive. Get it on sale. Youll see the difference. My old blenders lasted like a year or two before.
β@@tinathompson7408 What were you blending? Bricks? I’ve had the same blender for 3 years at least and it’s still going strong. I do agree the Ninja products seem very high quality.
@@Michael-es4dt no but it was being used heavily on the daily by 5 people. The blades were fine. The moter blew out. Now that I have the new one the blade is better though because its long and not just a tiny blade at the top of the lid or bottom.
@@Michael-es4dt you can also do a lot more with a Ninja blender than other store blenders. Nothing wrong with an old fashion blender. I’m not hating I’m just saying yes they are expensive but worth it IF YOU CAN AFFORD It. It’s obviously not necessary. I thought they were overrated till I had one.
Are you allergic to milk or just prefer not to use it? I’ve seen you substitute milk a lot so I was just curious!
Non dairy milk is more gut healthy for ppl with lactose intolerance but it doesn’t really matter which milk u use. She could like it for the taste maybe
@@aditishenai4440And lower in cals
@@aditishenai4440 also almond milk alternatives can be a lot less calorie dense than milk products
Magic of television? Girl, we’re all on our phones
“Magic of television” is a phrase that comes from cooking shows on TV in which they have prepared swaps of a dish at different cooking stages so you don’t have to wait, like popping a raw chicken in the oven and immediately pulling out a beautifully roasted chicken.
You should make a coffee ice cream next !!
What kind of blades does that machine have and whatβs the difference between doing that and the ninja versus a regular blender?
The blades scrape. You can make good blender ice cream, thereβs tons of videos out there. BUT the creami nails the texture of regular ice cream. Iβm never going back to blender ice cream π
“Because the first one blew up”…? What?…
She really glossed over that one π I need details, is that common π°
Especially coz itβs not a cheap at all
Sheβs not using it properly. This one will blow up too. The frozen ice cream base needs to be flat. Itβs indicated in the product manual
I want one of these sooooo bad!
I can afford either your protein powder or the machine to make this ice cream, not both π’
We need nutrition for everyone and not just the wealthy
Yup, this is ice cream for rich almond moms
Yep she should have thought twice about dissing almond moms π because they would be most of her customers
Agreed
@@rachelk2457she doesnβt own ninja lol
You donβt need her protein powder or this machine. Not every single thing you eat needs to be packed with protein and you can make ice cream without a machine.
If you want to make a protein ice cream, though, Iβm sure there are great options with greek yogurt. Probably also tastes better than ice cream with protein powder.
I just asked for this for my birthday π₯³
what is the name of your protein powder again?
Another commercial for her own product with no indication that it’s an ad.
Yess
I mean she…she does say “OUR” protein powder.
The over the top acting at the endβ¦just stop π
Fyi the ice cream blend has to be frozen level with no peaks or you will blow up another machine π
I love to watch this person. I thought that she was joking about the food that she was eating. Who would ever eat this type of food?
Love you butβ¦ girl this price is disgusting. I have money but Iβm not about to pay this when I have better protein and organic for half the price honey
This from the woman who reviews people making similar healthy dupes and shames them for being too restrictive and judgemental. If we saw this from another creator weβd get a twenty minute rant from Abby about how βregular ice cream isnβt actually bad and not something we should demonizeβ
To be fair, if you specifically want protein ice cream you’re probably gonna have to make it yourself at home like this because I’ve never seen any for sale
Exactly!!
Based on the reviews Ive seen of hers, the type of people she calls out are the ones that would be like “I made healthy vegan ice cream” and it would be like frozen pureed cauliflower with coco powder in it.
Just looking here she is just making a dairy free icecream with some extra protein. Is it less sugar and stuff than a traditional ice-cream yeah probably. But its not really a crazy restriction or sudo health food. We got chocolate, peanut butter, probably nut milk, and protein powder with good amounts of carbs, fats, and protein.
Just because shes making it homemade with her own flavoring doesnt make this not real ice cream
another commerical without making it obvious, making it super clear to everyone everything is diary free, why? If any one else did that you’d have something to say
As she says, βthereβs a lot to unpackβ
Is being dairy free a problem? It’s not like she’s using fat-free products, or disparaging dairy?
Wow, according to recent comments, even many of Abbey’s long-time fans are turning against her. Ever since promoting her new protein powder to being triggered by and jealous of women’s bodies slimmer than hers as well as commenting condescendingly towards what they like to eat or wear, it seems like people are starting to wake up and see beneath the surface: many recent comments have implied lack of transparency, hypocrisy, and double standards, which Abbey has never bothered to address. I wonder if others have noticed this as well.
And this Short is no exception. Abbey, you keep talking about transparency and claiming to be evidence-based, yet still haven’t released third party lab results or even bothered to do trial runs with the product. This is just me: as a consumer, how can I be confident a product will work for me if I’m not presented with results? On another note, please don’t encourage your audience to make protein ice cream when you, yourself, would criticize other celebrities for being restrictive or having an ED when they would also eat that same thing rather than regular ice cream. And in turn, you seem to give yourself a pass when you decide to eat protein ice cream yourself. Do not dish it if you can’t take it.
There is absolutely nothing wrong with protein ice cream, this is just a recipe. It isn’t “diet” or “low-fat” or “low-cal”, or a replacement, it just has extra protein? She isn’t saying anything bad about regular ice cream, we know she loves it. I like recipes like this because I can get more protein into my diet while also having a sweet little treat, not to mention sounds like a bit of a Hunger Crushing Combo. On other days I’ll have other ice cream, as she does.
A little scoop of peanut butter
*proceeds to add 200 calories worth of peanut butter*
Instead of chiming in about protein powders, I have a tip for friends who dont have a Ninja Creami machine!
You can make your ice cream base in a blender, then pour it into clean ice cube trays and let it freeze solid. Then pop your frozen base cubes into your blender with a little additional milk or milk substitute and blend until creamy! Obviously a high speed blender will work best for this, and please don’t overload your blender with too many cubes of your base at one time. Depending on your blender and the amount of base cubes you have in there, you’ll have to eyeball the amount of milk needed to blend.
