    Algorithm

  • @Billionaireben says:

I don’t care about BP or VO2Max, my goal is not merely to be able to dress myself when 90. At 40, I set a goal to de-age at least 5 years over a 5 year period (ie be 35 when I’m 45), holding that age for a decade (ie 35 at 55) and slowing after (45 by 70, 60 by 85) and since that time I lost 50lbs, my knees and elbows no longer hurt when lifting weights, there’s no longer a gray streak in my sideburns (a few stray grays, but nothing visible unless closely examined) and I can make it dance around like I used to entertain ladies with when I was 19. My remaining challenges are slimming down the rest of the way and thickening my hair, but I don’t give a crap about doctors “blow your cheeks out, stand on one foot . . . ” they bill per test and last time I went I paid a lot of money for incorrect information.

      🤔
      Age? Height? Male or female?
Amount of abdominal and lowback muscular development? Fasted? Hydration?

    • @KasKade7 says:

@@StraitjacketFitness Exactly, waist circumference always been a poor marker for health imho.

What do you think about growth hormone secretagogues? Such as Mk677 (low dose not to increase blood sugars and Cjc1295?) is it better with or without DAC? Are they good for anti-aging?

  • @SomHelianthux says:

Another great video, Siim. Keep it up.
