Exactly what I’m looking for ❤❤

  • @fabreezethefaintinggoat5484 says:

Walking increases bone density esp if you are overweight

  • @amedeocalandriello756 says:

There is an age related decline in muscle and strength because there is an age related decline in physical activity and focus on physical endeavors. People dont seem to factor that in.

    • @SiimLand says:

A 70-year-old farmer still has less muscle mass than a 30-year-old equivalent

    • @amedeocalandriello756 says:

@SiimLand agreed and to be clear i wasnt trying to argue. I am just adding perspective. The 30 year old farmer will have more muscle that the 70 year old… but hes also been farming for 40 years longer. The work doesnt stimulate like it used to. I bet if the farmer added a physical endeavor every 10 years, like sprinting at 40, weightlifting at 50, swimming at 70… the new stimulus would cause that muscle to stay and possibly build more.

32 and I train twice a day, once strength and once running is it too much?

    • @amandaburleson2035 says:

if you are eating high qulity foodS AND sleeping well its no problem. just check to see if your resting bpm is rising roo much week after week . most people i train with that have impressive pysiques train twice a day. its normal, most also take a nap during the day.

    • @third7715 says:

For longevity yes, one would expect your life expectancy to reduce by around 8 years by such a protocol, follow the guidance in the video, it’s never too late to change

  • @gazazoustephane315 says:

In your build muscle when you’re 20s ,it’s relatively easy, and you will conserve muscle memory all your life …even if life make you temporary (even decade ) stop sport , you will re build muscle in fews months even in your 40s

  • @MarkusMattiasson says:

Solid advice. I’m glad you mentioned the financial part.

  • @aquahero says:

Can you do a video for 20 year olds’? Its too late for me, but I have 2 kids in their early 20’s would love them to put a foundation in place that would help in their later decades (at 50 I have so many regrets that I didn’t start much earlier).

  • @FellowHuman18 says:

The problem with those supplements, or ANY supplements, is that there is no regulation and no trust. you have NO IDEA what you’re taking. I want to take these things, but they can fill the pills with anything.

  • @RealRagnar816 says:

What about weight lifting every morning and running late afternoon everyday other than the weekends ?

  • @jjjames6894 says:

@3:41 very compelling new protein reduction/ carb inclusive points wow

  • @michaelrobertson7397 says:

What to do at the age of 80? God has given me permission to return to the spirit world and my star when I turn 165. I eat 100% organic, and I do not have any wrinkles on my face.

  • @milanekmazicek says:

can you do video how steroids will affect my health? will only high testosterone increase speed of aging?

  • @utyep23985uhX says:

6 and a half hours of sleep here, am i in the increase risk group for Alzheimer and other neurodegenerative diseases or i’m fine?

  • Anonymous says:

Could you please make a video on food treated with pesticides and herbicides vs. organic food? Is there any difference when it comes to health and longevity?

    • @2GGop says:

There’s tons of money to be made on either side of this topic, and yet it still an open question if it makes any difference. That should tell you a lot about how important eating organic is
