    Any thoughts on: BPC-157 ??

Heard about it for the first time the other day, when I stumbled into a young guy (23-26 I guess) at a hairdresser saloon. He was very talkative and told that this compound had fixed an elbow problem, that For more than a year had kept him out of the gym and made it painful to do his physical lab work. prior to taking the substance, he had tried physiotherapist several times, and also laser light, but with no improvement. I see the molecule come in capsules, and also in liquid form to be injected. He injected himself, in the skin of the stomach area, two times a day for 30 days, with the tiny Novo-pen needle (originally invented for diabetics). He speculated that injecting once a day could be sufficient – he said he was impatient and eager to fix the problem. This was now four months ago, and ever since he has worked-out in the gym and done his work with no pain at all. I ask this because the host here in this video mentioning, that Rapamysin seem to have fixed a shoulder problem of his. Maybe this BPC-157 can do things like that too !? 🤷‍♂️

“Supplements can give you less than 10% boost in health”
If I stop taking my supplements cocktail, after 2-3 weeks I will be almost bedridden and my recovery from the gym will go from 2 days to 9-10 days and this is from not even doing a full program because I won’t be able to full 1 hour workout without my supplements.
I stopped my supplement regiment many times, it’s not like I get a cold turkey when I stop, it’s mostly a slow return of fatigue, bad blood flow, testosterone tanking down, bad sleep, low stress tolerance etc.

I recently heard Brad Stanfield saying 80% of people being deficient in Potassium (K) … Any thoughts on this ? 🤷‍♂️

  • @henrikmadsen2176 says:

@ 13:20 Estrogen for longevity. Also in male mice. Could it be that males with Naturally low testosterone (lower quarter of the normal range) – or: Low testosterone to estrogen ratio – will have a longevity advantage ??

  • @henrikmadsen2176 says:

@ 14:38 Hormone therapy for men => Good health outcome.
Is he talking about increasing testosterone ?? And that only ??

(and how does that fit the earlier statement on estrogen?)
