  • @decevious says:

then why does old people have 35 to 45 HR and babies are over 100? To me it makes sense that you want to be like a baby then an over 80 year old .. Just was thinking

    • @SiimLand says:

Resting heart rate is also in the 40s when you are in your adolescent years. But you also have high HRV. So, low resting heart rate together with high HRV is the key

  • @xaadadaa says:

Normal is bad need everything optimal

  • @LVArturs says:

Previous time I commented about the question of whether to calculate RHR during sleep or resting state during the day, and you said yours is in 40s both at night and day – is that common? Because my RHR during sleep is mid 40s, but when sitting during the day it’s always above 60. So it’s unclear what to make of this.

Also, it’s really annoying that Apple Watch uses a different HRV unit than the most common one.

    • @SiimLand says:

I think you need to be sitting quietly for a few minutes to establish the resting heart rate. Also, if you had caffeine in the day that would increase the number

  • @nerolowell2320 says:

are the materials of this sauna blanket safe enough for our health ? i mean the heat is very high and the body is sweating but at the same time absorbing

  • @LeGsLoVeR1000 says:

Hey! Whats that cool looking pin on your chest?

  • @danilascercovas6226 says:

I think you mixing research between CRP and hsCRP. hsCRP is higher than CRP. When it comes to below 0.2 i looks like they was testing regular CRP

  • @kappakd says:

Best ways to lower RHR? any unconventional ones?

  • @k.prasannavenkateshkasturi2158 says:

    THANKS BROTHER.

  • @zhivkogitchev says:

Its crazy that if you google 45 BPM it will tell you you are sick

  • @littlebird3976 says:

How do I get the triglicerides that low- I’m already very thin and have to biuld. Is it possible to gain muscle, weight and lower tirglicerides?

  • @optimumperformance says:

What VO2Max level would you consider optimal for age brackets?

  • @tonywong8134 says:

You should do a video between gelatin vs collagen. I’ve been wondering the difference since gelatin is much cheaper than collagen. They have the same amino acid profile.

    • @SiimLand says:

Not completely the same. But the peptide structure is different than gelatin

    • @mikeong80 says:

I guess you are referring to hydrolyzed collagen peptides that is available in the supplement market? Gelatin is the cooked/boiled version while the other is extracted via chemical and enzymatic hydrolysis into smaller amino acids for easier digestion. More work = higher cost.

  • @user-di7sk9qi7c says:

Does an HDL level of 82 and an LDL level of 49 make one low risk?

  • @iamkamsai says:

Its not easy to get extra blood bio markers checked since the doctors only want to give you the standard basic ones only, they almost always say you don’t need it.

    • @GraftonPrimaryvideo says:

Hence order your own tests with an online blood testing service and order whatever you want and get the results straight to you. No way would I want a doctor to order the amount of tests I get. Insidetracker is a great service for this

  • @koma7252 says:

back to water fasting it is.

  • @executivelifehacks6747 says:

Very interesting. So if my RHR is 53 and my bodyfat already is in ideal range, I want to get a bit leaner to get under 50? What is the ideal bodyfat % by age and sex btw? There are several tables on the internet but what do the studies say?

  • @tcw7757 says:

When you get older you just can’t to training

  • @AislingDonohoe says:

Mental illness is the real tricky issue to solve, as it impacts everything else..

  • @jarnohealth says:

Resting heart rate means just sitting still right? If so, then mine is between 50/60.. i guess with a bit more cardio that could be even lower i hope!
