I’ve had 7 major spinal Surgeries and have lost 90% of all my muscle mass in my legs, arms and tummy Iam very thin, but before my accident I worked out lifting weights 3-4 days / week; jogged 2-4 miles per day and did cardio workout every other day, then my injury which left me with loss of feeling on my left side from waist down and bladder. After intense PT and hyperbaric chamber, several months later I gained use of my left left and bladder 🙏🙏🙏🙏 but want soso much to gain my strength and muscle mass back up. HELP, 😊
