Hate Baby Food.
The fact that people don’t even eat a minimum needed for their BMR is nuts.
Bro what is wrong with people. Just eat healthier and workout if your trying to loose weight. This crap is not how you do it.
Sounds easy, but for some of us it’s more difficult than you make it sound. I eat very healthy under the supervision of a dietitian. I work out several times a week…boxing, resistance with hand weights, walking and biking. I’ve been on a plateau for 5 months. 🤯

Reminds me of slim fast. Bet it tastes like chocolate chalk.
So many people have an unhealthy relationship with food. And it’s usually not the only problem in a person’s life, because – you know – if you are alive then you have problems. So you want the easy solution. And the easy solution is not necessarily cheap, but it doesn’t cost a lot of thinking or decision making and that is what makes it easy.
I say don’t go for that type of easy solutions. If you are on youtube, just subscribe to this channel. I feel like a healthy dose of good information is helping me a lot more with my health than any single product could do.

The only time I use any sort of meal replacements is when I cannot chew/eat otherwise. Hence meal replacement. I always try and get high calorie ones with high protein, fats and other nutrients. Because my jaw dislocates due to a connective tissue disorder and I deal with a lot of nausea. So oftentimes it’s my best solution
You do not want to mess with your metabolism. I had a restrictive ED over a decade ago. I was thankfully noticed and supported early, so the closest thing I had to treatment was counseling at the university I attended. My body decided it was not doing that again and now I get shakey if I get too hungry. My fasting blood sugar tests normal every time. It’s annoying, but I am lucky it wasn’t far worse.
Meal replacement? Totally ANA thinking (grateful to be recovered)
