I prefer fasted workouts because evenif it’s been hours since I ate I get uncomfortable during workouts, especially during floor exercises.
That’s fair! She didn’t say not to do it – just said that the science shows: you can do it fasted or not and it doesn’t impact weight ✨
Peanut butter is a highly overrated protein source which is admitted by health influencers.

@@jonap5740they likely mean it’s not a lean protein source since it’s fat ratio is higher than others – still has protein and tastes delicious but a 2TBS serving isn’t making or breaking anyways day ✨

I wish I lived in us too , I kinda envy how us and European citizens can buy a jar of peanut butter and eat fear free as the FDA’s strict regulations make sure the Aflatoxins level don’t exceed safety limit. Here , we have aflatoxins in food rampantly all over the place . For those who don’t know , Aflatoxins are the most potent genotoxic mutagen known and I just came to know about it almost an year ago after a decade of eating suspicious nuts 😓
