    I’m 58 and was diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes 4 months ago with an hbA1C of 6.7 – After 4 months of a keto diet I’m down to 5.7 (no medication). I was only eating low carb about 80% of the time but when I was it was VERY low (around 10g carb a day). I’m pretty pleased with myself.

    Hi Dr. Becky, I have metabolic syndrome. I do 16:8 and a no or low carb diet. I used to be more physically active but now only do about 5k steps. What do you think it’s hindering my progress? Should I add something to my diet as in fats? That I normally don’t do. Also I love your YouTube channel. I have learned so much❤
