This will help someone who has been on the fence about it for sure! I love that your always so open and honest

  • @shayene555 says:

Yay! So here for mid week uploads 🤪 also thanks for sharing ❤❤❤

  • @charitys.3862 says:

    You’re so right, it’s YOUR choice!❤

  • @amandathorp3742 says:

Katie, you’re such a beautiful soul inside and out! ❤

  • @willywonka3409 says:

I know a lot of women getting them taken out or wishing they didn’t get them. Back problems, ect….

    • @LoveSweatFitness says:

I know a lot of women getting them who feel great afterwards and are so happy they got them. No problems, feeling confident and excited, etc…

  • @cherylrodriguez583 says:

I agree everyone needs make their own decision as to what’s best for them. ❤

  • @kristinabriscoe2133 says:

This couldn’t have come at a better time. Going for my consultation next Thursday. I’m nervous but excited. Lost almost all my weight and breast after giving birth and I can’t wait to feel better about having some sort of curves. ❤

  • @xuxulife3796 says:

I actually got a breast reduction! Best decision ever. Helps me with my workouts and feel less back pain!

    • @colleenwestbrook8848 says:

Always felt like I should get one but now feel I’m too old. But being older they are heavier and my back and shoulders hurt. But hate needles and surgeries 😢

    • @LoveSweatFitness says:

      Glad that has helped you!

    • @xuxulife3796 says:

@@colleenwestbrook8848 I found it so worth it. It’s scary because it’s surgery… but as I told my 5 y/o niece… sometimes you need to give yourself an owie to get rid of an even bigger owie! ❤️

  • @danabomba1633 says:

I had a breast reduction this past Monday and your last video about your recovery was so helpful for me! I went from a K to (I think, too soon to tell) a D, with the anchor incisions. 😊

    • @andreafink5232 says:

How are you feeling? I know it’s still super fresh, but just curious. I go in for a consultation soon.

    • @LoveSweatFitness says:

So glad it was helpful! 🙂

    • @danabomba1633 says:

@andreafink5232  I’m actually doing really well! You have to take it easy. The most important advice I have is to line up help. Have someone with you for the first week. My mom is taking care of me while my husband takes care of our 2 young boys. ❤️

    • @andreafink5232 says:

@danabomba1633  that’s amazing! Thank you so much! Happy healing to you ✨️

  • @clake8931 says:

Obviously you are in Beverly Hills re : cost … it isn’t the typical cost everywhere. Soo let’s think outside of the Beverly Hills box. I live in Florida and have a fantastic surgeon… thanks for your input though. 🍭

    • @LoveSweatFitness says:

That is true, Beverly Hills will be more expensive then other areas and tends to have some of the best doctors as well.

  • @interesante80 says:

Breast size fluctuates with weight gain or weight loss, so whatever it is at any weight IS the natural size. If you have a cup size of C at 150 lbs, that doesn’t mean that is your “natural” cup size at 125 lbs. If your breasts decrease to a cup size B at that weight, then that is the natural size. No issue with anyone doing whatever they want on this topic – you go girl! – but let’s be clear you’re not doing it to get back your natural size – you already have that without surgery. You actually want an unnatural size for your body at that weight – and that’s your choice. Appreciate that you address this topic – not easy to be vulnerable – and good points.

    • @LoveSweatFitness says:

I don’t really see it the same, my natural size to me, is what I had for most of my life. It’s really a personal thing, not a technical thing.

  • @minarose3193 says:

Who is the best surgeon for natural looking rhinoplasty? Not upturned

  • @ebonylyn6104 says:

I appreciate this video, thank you

  • @kimerickson5403 says:

Can you please share the scar gel you’re using? Thank you 💞

  • @AK-ol7sm says:

I think plastic surgeries are good for people who really need them such as cancer patients, bariatric patients after extreme weight loss, people with burns or other deformities and so on. Breast reductions and lifts are ok. I agree with Katie that breast implants are generally safe. However, the fact that there is a foreign body just sitting there under your skin or muscle (depending on surgical techniques) doesn’t sound healthy to me. More and more doctors are talking about long term effects of breast implants such as a chronic inflammation. I like this channel and its host. She is a talented and beautiful lady with or without implants. I am not trying to be judgmental. I just think that long term effects and surgical maintenance (breast implants should be replaced every 15 years or so) are concerning.

    • @LoveSweatFitness says:

You’re entitled to your opinion, but let’s not continue this narrative that having implants makes you “unhealthy”, it’s simply not true. Replacing them every 10-15 years is not required, but it is suggested and it makes sense. For anyone who doesn’t want to deal with that, probably not the right thing for you.

  • @kristelschellenberg9874 says:

It is interesting to hear you share your experience, but to say that there’s no difference between putting on makeup, dying your hair, wearing contacts and BREAST IMPLANTS??! That’s just not true. Major surgery is not the same thing as applying mascara in the morning and to talk like they are similar makes it seem like no big deal when really there’s a risk of serious complications or even death.

    • @LoveSweatFitness says:

I think you may have missed the point I was making here. Often times people will comment about how implants are “for vanity”, my point is…all of those things are no different. I certainly never said having surgery wasn’t a big deal, in fact I’ve made specific videos about how to recover in the most healthy way, because it is such a big deal.

  • @jessielopez12 says:

Thank you for sharing your experience Katie.

  • @PrettyMistakes says:

I LOVE how honest you are, Katie! Especially in a time where so many influencers and celebritites deny having any work done – or just straight up lie: “Yeah, it’s just puberty” or “I just work out a lot” or “I just wear a lot of makeup.” It’s total BS. 😂 So I think it’s refreshing with content here on YouTube that actually brings the truth of one type of procedure to the table.
I love your videos in general, but dang – MASSIVE respect for this one! 💪🤩
