I’ve been making my own homemade bread and doughs for healthy pizzas. Allowing myself comfort food and good food without the processed chemicals. Tastes so much better too. I’m also rebounding every day for 10 minutes and engaging in somatic yoga. 🧘

Thank you for sharing your routine. It is very helpful. I started to fall off with my healthy eating habits these last couple of weeks. I have been skipping lunch because work has been so busy. However, starting his week and from now on, I plan on being much more intentional about not skipping lunch. I feel my body is starting to get really through off.
I loved seeing this as I’m trying to find time to exercise. I wake up at 4:50 every morning and leave for work at 5:45. I don’t get home until after 5pm and I have to make dinner, clean the kitchen, take a shower and do my Bible study. It’s frustrating because I want to exercise but I don’t know when. I am on call 5 days a week and every 4 weekends. Any tips?
Love the whole-day habit building perspective. I’m a stay at home mom. I homeschool my kiddos, and I write on the side, so seeing the work-from-home challenges is so inspiring! I’ve set up my habit tracker based off of my daily schedule, the little things I need to do that are too easy to forget. And I’m looking forward to seeing how it helps smooth and improve my productivity and our family’s routine. ❤
This video fasinated me because I have an 18 month old and I do belive I have ADHD and cannot seem to get on a schedule to save my life. I would love to be able to have a daily routine as you do. I’ve found that my morning routine really sets the tone for the day. I try to implement things that are both good for my body and mind but also what I enjoy. I have a very fast paced job so the peace in the morning helps me feel peace throughout the day❤
Can you do a full review of your Gardyn? I am really curious about how often you are having to replace the pods. Also curious about harvesting it and understanding how much it can replace going to the grocery store! I’m seriously considering buying one and would love to hear how practical it actually is.

Thanks for your thoughts on skipping breakfast. I have found the same issues. Chocolate is probably my biggest nemesis around snack time, so I’ve been looking for other options (hello celery with some crunchy natural peanut butter).
I’m using the infrared sauna blanket Monday and Wednesday nights and taking a bath Friday nights, and it really helps me sleep better and recover better:)
