I love doing this. I even fry the tortillas and spread peanut butter on them. Yummy
My mom always made pb tacos by spreading a thin layer of butter on warmed tortillas then spreading the pb before adding a touch of salt. I always get weird looks when I mention pb tacos, but they’re so good!

Those look delicious! La Tortilla Factory makes fairly clean, low carb tortillas that taste pretty good.
Have you heard that LMNT has maltrodexin in it
The keto twins aren’t addressing it either. It’s hiw they make their money.
I use Liquid I.V. I get it at Walgreens. The main sweetener is allulose and it has no maltodextrin in it. Nice choice of flavors. Not too salty like LMNT.

Jenny Mitich spoke about it recently saying she wore a cgm while she was drinking the flavors and it didn’t spike her insulin 🤷🏻♀️ maltodextrin is pretty horrible for you in general but I’m worried for those people who suffer from like celiac disease and they’re drinking maltodextrin 😖 imagine that pain and you can’t figure out what you ate to give you that so you start cutting out foods when really it’s your raspberry lmnt
