I think it’s in the bio section of the video, he recommends certain brands he uses … Marines Collagen is best though for skin but cost more usually too than animal based ones

Siim. When is the best time to take Taurine? And TMG?

  • @juha7830 says:

Thank you for sharing. I have added TMG in to my stack, also I will increase my glycine intake.. following Siims example. Interesting point about creatine reducing VO2max.. maybe I should also reduce usage of it. Yes, good advices👍

Excellent – great video together! I too have added Glycine to my regimen, 1g in the am and 2 g in the evening. It has helped tremendously for obtaining more REM sleep too. Please do more videos together.

Taurine is also amazing for preventing carpal tunnel, that and wrist stretches!

K2, Acerola (or another whole vit. c complex), Copper and Glucosamine sulphate are also good for skin.

  • @BitZapple says:

Sideritis Scardica is good for the brain, it prevents Alzheimer and rebuilds the brain tissue. It’s an amazing herb.
Cilantro is also quite good for detoxing heavy metals from the brain, tends to help with nerve related things.

  • @BitZapple says:

I found Creatine can really give you that conquer the world feeling back. It definitely gives me drive instantly. Don’t forget to take with enough water.
