Love your dedication and will power to stay very motivated to loose weight to become more healthy in life. I personally know it can be tough at times. I’m 35 and I’ve been on a strict diet for the past 2 years now after I got out of the hospital being on life support for 3 months having hoses and tubes connected all over my body keeping me alive. It’s been a tough journey. But I’ve been very motivated and have lots of will power to stay focused and stay on track to loose weight. It’s been a great successful journey for me. Keep up your excellent work you’ve been doing. Great job. ๐ค๐๐ฏ๐ฅ๐๐

I have my volume all the way up on my computer and can barely hear your voice., same on my phone. At first I thought it was my computer but the volume is higher on other YouTube channels I watch. I wonder if anyone else has the same problem.
