    Here is a tip. If you have problems with the cauliflower rice holding together an falling out of you rolls, you can mix in some room temp cream cheese with it and it will make it stick together like real sushi rice!

    Great timing! I’ve been researching the best way to make my own sushi rolls. I got a good deal on heart of palm rice from Natural Heaven. I plan to use that and prepare it the same way that you do the cauliflower rice. Per some of your viewers suggestions, I’m going to add cream cheese to it. I will try to add it to the pan of the finished “rice” to soften it some and blend it in well… and then let it cool some. I love the idea of smoked salmon. Your video has gotten me much closer to trying sushi myself. Thanks!

    As an Asian and knowing sushi for a life time, I really don’t like the taste of cauliflower rice sushi😂😂. Especially, if you add sweet vinegar to it! I prefer using cabbage ( sweet cabbage only ) instead, it was so much nicer.😂

    I made Mexican sushi with Mexican cauliflower mexi rice at Traders, green onion, avacodo, beef or chicken, cream cheese, blk olives. Top with salsa. ❤Love it!

    I LOVE sushi … sometimes I just take salmon, cream cheese and whatever else I have and put it on a plate and eat it with the small seaweed because I always have that. I buy the them at Costco and eat them like chips. I miss them the old days of ordering 3-4 rolls and getting so full on sushi.🍱 🍣
