    What I learned about anti-angiogenesis foods are many. But three are on the top: broccoli, mushrooms and garlics. They are not expensive and easily accessible. So I eat them every day. Cabbages can sometimes replace broccoli. Leeks and onions can sometimes replace garlics. For the garlic family, I can also double or triple them down to have garlics, leeks and onions in one dish. They are delicious!

    Very interesting indeed. A popular biohacking /fitness/wellness supplement nad+/nadh is used for atp production and energy. I learned it creates angiogenesis. If you don’t know you have cancer cells & are taking it then this could be bad news. Yet the benefits of nadh are widely discussed. Hard to know what to do
