Sun bathing was my life, now i just stay inside, especially because im using retinol to try reverse damage, i dont like sunscreen
Sunscreen failed me and allowed for a severe sunburn on a hot summer day when I tried it the first time. Now I wear a broad rimmed floppy hat, try to stay in the shade as much as possible when I’m outside and take a polypodium leucotomos capsule each day. It’s worked very well for me and the hard precancerous red spots on my skin disappeared.
