    I love these podcasts!

  • @patrick-louisvincent4360 says:

This is undoubtedly true for algae produced in the USA, but in France it’s not possible, as these products are very closely monitored. The chlorella I consume is produced in glass tubes, in which no contaminants can penetrate. The head of the production company has a doctorate in science. As for spirulina, it’s produced on a local farm, and the owner is himself a scientist.

    • @qd8wl says:

What’s the brand? 🙂 I live in Europe

    • @Chazycreates says:

Can you give me the brand please, i am desperately looking for a Chlorella made in Europe.

    • @marsery says:

  • @ThoseStairsTheFirst says:

Great. I ordered an iodine supplement that contains chlorella before watching this. 😐

  • @jeffg4686 says:

Whether or not marine vegetation has pseudo B12 vs B12 is somewhat dependant on how it’s dried.
If salt water, it should be rinse of the salt (to bring pH back down) and also should be dried out of direct light.
Otherwise, much of hte b12 will degrade to pseudo B12.
One other note is that TT mushrooms are often overlooked…
Almost as good as sargassum seaweed from tropical climates.

    • @KST9182 says:

@@madlenj.4644 As Dr. Greger eloquently explained… why risk it? Too many independent tests are finding too many serious contaminants … we’ll stick to real food. If you’d like to use them please do, it won’t change our decision – as they’ve all been *binned* already. 👍 P.S. Saw your post elsewhere you haven’t listened to Dr. Greger here due to you are unable to understand – have replied there for help.

Just get more fiber in your diet (to stop the neurotic “anal retention”) and eat WFPB, walk a little, breath deep when you remember to, don’t believe anything from the University of Facebook or JRE or Donny Combover, and just see how forgiving and resilient dogs and cats are after trauma…But most importantly…Memento Mori!!!

I absolutely love this post; I can’t get any of my siblings to even try WFPB, and all but one sister and myself are Trump voters and supporters. Most of them avoid me because I refuse to eat animal products and because I detest Trump and his minions and don’t remain silent about his failing government.

    • @ceeemm1901 says:

@@charleslindsey6789 LOL. how can Trump have a “failing” Govt when it was a total FAIL to begin with…how low could it go? Hahaha.

@@ceeemm1901. That is my point, lil donnie is and has always been a failure. Everything he touches fails, including marriages, businesses, etc. And now his administration, if one could call it that. In my opinion, it is a fire sale of the U.S. to the highest bidders.

Serious & likely dangerous to health contamination too often found & proven by independent testing over multiple times & timeframes. Multiple types of contaminants also. We’ve thrown all ours away to avoid potential serious health damage. 👏 P.S. Try listening at a slower speed maybe – it may help with your hearing & understanding. Very worth listening to & appreciating the science, significance & messaging.

@@KST9182 ouh oukay. Hm…good if he warns about something and makes people aware of something. But not really good if he just tells them to stop chlorella. Not every chlorella produc has a bad quality and is dubious. So he people who are taking a trustworthy product which is good in quality and stop aking the product just because he say so…without any alternative are left with their problems. Not okay. Mine is sold by a luxury swiss company and is uckily approved by a doctor. So i can´t imagine it beeing contaminated and I never had any problems with it. Interesting. About 15 years ago, my new GP at the time insisted I take chlorella tablets – which she sold. After taking them daily for several months, I started to have to have seizures. I was diagnosed with adult unset epilepsy. Then, I saw an alternative practitioner for a while who had me on high doses of 2 different forms of alge. Meanwhile, they found very high levels of heavy metals in my system. This went on for years & I was on anti seizure meds. It wasn’t until I started seeing an er RN / herbalist who told me to stop taking all algess. I’ve thankfully been seizure free now for 5 years & off all meds.

    • @KP-ro8fy says:

Very scary! Im sorry you had to go through all this. Was there a detox protocol they recommended or did the symptoms stop on their own?
