  • @TorbLlorts says:

what about black cumin seed oil?

  • @VeganChiefWarrior says:

    Stress bait title

  • @olyav5819 says:

These studies used tocopherols. What about tocotrienols? I’ve heard the outcome is different if someone only takes tocotrienols and it help after stroke, and heart surgery? Can you make a video on it?

  • @Yazjaz12344 says:

    I call bull 💩

  • @MsAure says:

Dr.Berg said Vit E is important. There seems to be a lot of confusion in the med world. One Dr. Says one thing and others say others. All have studies to back up what they say. Who runs these studies. The people are loosing faith.😮

    • @xperience-evolution says:

      Check the Studies yourself.
Not every Study is equally good.
Dr. Greger usually looks at Studies with no conflict of interest and good quality.

Vitamim E of course is important but you get enough with a healthy plants diet

    • @phatmonkey11 says:

Dr. Berg is a CHIROPRACTOR who pushes the Keto diet based on psuedoscience. There are now legitimate studies coming in about the damage a Keto diet does to your body.

    • @yestedayssolutionstotodays816 says:

As a scientist (though not in the medical field), I must say you have a valid complaint. Assessing academic literature is complex. External funding and conflicting interests aren’t always disclosed, and some studies that have been industry-funded are actually sound. It is hard. Look for a meta-analysis if you can find one – this helps, though even there, there can be bias. Other than that, look at the conclusion and caveats/study shortcomings mentioned there. This may help a little, but there is much more to be said. Re Dr. Gregor: Though he (like any individual) comes with his own personal biases, his understanding of the literature is very thorough. His conclusions are usually (though not always) a good indication of where the literature stands.

@yestedayssolutionstotodays816you have a very solid comment. However aa far Dr Berg is concerned i wont buy his ideas standing against Dr Greger because he has a nutritional suppliments brand.. as human there must be a conflict of interest

    • @MsAure says:

@yestedayssolutionstotodays816  I appreciate and respect your input. Coming from a medical background myself, I agree with you. It is tough to see the whirlpool of information regarding health and nutrition being tossed to and fro with every or any winds of biases. Thank You!!

  • @travissilb says:

Just get your vitamin E from plant foods !!!! Hello

  • @jamesherried9269 says:

The problem with all of those Vitamin E studies is that they used only the alpha tocopherol form of Vitamin E. And its been known for many years that the alpha tocopherol form of Vitamin E depletes the body of the gamma tocopherol form of Vitamin E; which could have affected the outcomes of those studies.

  • @Alexander-ok7fm says:

    Thank you!

  • @friedux2065 says:

Tocotrienols definitely, Vit. E is very complex, many different forms.

  • @CARLiCON says:

everyone says sunflower seeds have vitamin E but when I buy them at the store, there’s no E listed in the nutrition facts, why is that?

  • @sudd3660 says:

where is the nutrition part? how do we get natural healthy. supplements are last resort not first go to.
